21 new homes in the centre of the Cancelada village between San Pedro and Estepona, a small, quiet place in which primary residence housing predominates. Cancelada is one of those few places where children can play in the street, people sit on their doors to get some fresh air, and all the neighbours know each other, although the new population continues to increase year after year; and all this while maintaining good communications and access with the rest of the towns of the Costa del Sol. The project has been designed with the day to day convenience, comfort and wellbeing of its residents in mind. The focus has been on combining a modern, energy-efficient design with sunny rooms and minimised noise pollution thanks to the layout of the building and the finishes of the facade. These properties are located a very short walk away from cafes, shops, restaurants and the municipal sports centre where there is a heated pool among other sports facilities. A local junior school and senior school are also very close by and the beach is approximately 10 minutes walk via a footbridge.
