A New Start Abroad...
At Paraíso Real Estate, we understand that not every purchaser is a seasoned investor, experienced in purchasing a property abroad. It can be a nerve wracking affair whether buying or selling, especially when you take into account any language barriers. But the benefits far outweigh the difficulties and if you are looking for a new start abroad, a second home or an investment property, we can highly recommend the area around El Paraíso, Estepona.
What Language Barrier?
At Paraíso Real Estate, we can speak to you in English or Spanish to ensure that you understand every part of the process. We have been working in the Spanish real estate market for many years and know and understand the pitfalls that have thwarted foreign investors in the past and, more importantly, how to avoid them.
Every Step of the Way...
Once you have found your ideal property, we’re on hand to help you in any way we can. Have a look at our section on Buying in Spain for more advice on the actual procedures involved but please, rest assured, that we won’t be leaving you high and dry just because we’ve found you a place to buy.
First of all, we always strongly recommend that you use a lawyer who speaks your language, however many times you have purchased a property in Spain before. And if you have any concerns about what happens next, then please just ask one of us – our job is to help you through every step of the process.
Everything You Need...
The team at Paraíso Real Estate not only work here but have lived in the area for many years and so we have built up a network of contacts around us that may be useful to you. From lawyers, architects, builders, currency specialists and banks to help you right from the start, to furniture shops and removal firms, gardeners and air conditioning technicians, right through to advice on fiscal representatives, language schools, international schools, pet travel, insurance brokers, and health care. We don’t recommend anyone we haven’t tried ourselves!
If you need a telephone line or internet connection in your new home, or some advice on how to generate a rental income from your property then please ask us and we’ll do our best to help and advise. And if you’re planning a permanent move to Spain, we can talk you through the processes of becoming a Spanish resident, finding a trustworthy fiscal adviser to advise you on tax issues, educating your children either privately or through the state system – even bringing your dog to Spain! If we don’t know the answer, we will find you someone who does!
